I drove to Orlando FL to pick up door and when I arrived the employees at the warehouse were very nice and courteous. When roll-up door was placed in the back of my truck, one of the employees noticed that the end of the door was damaged. The employees removed the door from my truck and called their boss who came to inspect the door, he also took pictures.
I have had to call Roll-up door s twice to check the status of my replacement doors. No one from there has called me, except one time, I spoke with Ms. Mercedes each time I have called.
