My purchase of rollup door Model 650 was a positive experience. The door was well packaged in a wooden crate and was picked up damage free. I watched the you tube video on how to install this door and found the installation process easy. However I was disappointed with the hardware provided for the inside slide locks at the bottom of the door and of the fact that the slots to accept the slide locks were not cut enough to accept the locks. After enlarging the lock openings in the side rails and adding longer fasteners to allow the side locks to slide properly the installation was complete. Overall I am satisfied with the door and would recommend this product & company .
