Not sure! Still waiting for the door!
The order process was smooth and easy. Tiffany called to confirm the order and measurements. I had to follow up with them on 7/30 to find the door had shipped on 7/20 but I was never notified it had been shipped. I was given a phone number for XPO Logistics along with a pro number. I also had to contact XPO Logistics as the door had been there for who knows how long. I scheduled delivery for the following day 7/31 between 3:00 and 5:00. I was informed that someone would have to be home to offload the door. At 4:50 I called XPO Logistics to find out the status of delivery since I had not heard from or seen them. My husband had also left work early to “help unload” as I was told. I spoke with Carlos who informed me that my delivery would not be happening and perhaps it would be next week!!!!! I live in New Mexico and paid $250 for freight/shipping costs. Not exactly sure what that covered since I still don’t have the door and I have been chasing the door down! I had a contractor scheduled next week to install the door and do work on the shed. Guess I’ll be canceling that while continuing to chase down a delivery date! Beware of the shipping/delivery process! Also beware if it is scheduled with XPO Logistics!
