Have not received the door yet

Have not received yet. Its been with the shipping company for 11 days now. Shipping company (XPO Logistics) is terrible to work with. They don't call to set up appointments for delivery, and when you check tracking and realize that your item has arrived there several days ago, you have to call them yourself to set up an appointment, and then they just don't show up. So you wait all day on them, then call and they tell you your item did not make it on the truck that day, and set you up for yet another day. I'm not sure we will ever get our door. This is our second delivery with them with the same MO.

Robin, I apologize for the shipping delay on your roll up door order. With the Holidays and weather, there has been delays. I have spoken to my Representative at XPO, she said, you are scheduled tomorrow for delivery of your door order. Let me know if you have anymore issues regarding delivery.
