Customer service has been excellent, both by phone and email. They were patient with many questions. The order process was easy. Freight/Delivery to Vermont was easy. We picked it up at the freight center. I was worried that the timing of delivery would be difficult, since I would have to arrange a tractor, but the freight company was also really reasonable in their willingness to work with us. Minor crate damage, but it did its job and protected the door. The installation was fairly easy. The door operates beautifully with the chain drive. So far I am a happy customer and would recommend to friends.
