Customer service, pricing and delivery were exceptional. The installation instructions were confusing because directions made in one step then go on to contradict other steps described. The illustrations are inadequate. That requires the installer to try an figure out on their own which track is right or left, which way they face, etc. Finally we figured it our on our own. The installation, it turns out, is quite simple once one figures out how to do it.
