The ordering process was easy. I fitted a door to the interior of a shed 6' x 7' doorway. I had the 15" of space needed over the rough opening and side room for operation and installation, but the assembly and installation was a breeze. Tortion barrel was simple to adjust after I found a steel rod to turn it.
The only down side was the hardware package was incomplete. It was missing lock nuts for carriage bolts that attached the railing to the door barrel assembly. These were bought at the hardware store for a couple of bucks.
Delivery was simple, they use a service that couldn't turn around in the neighborhood so I had to meet them in a parking lot - not unusual in a residential area.
