Wrong part sent

Ordered 3 garage doors with openers and 1 torsion spring was wrong...since the springs had no packaging or labels it took 2 days to figure out what was needed...so 5 days ago I was told new one was sent but still can't give me tracking number or eta...still waiting on correct part
