Fairly easy to install. Went out of the way to make adjustments & clearances to my own liking, but otherwise could be installed in a short amount of time. Insulation & draft stops work very nicely. Only one recommendation - I ordered a small door, 4' wide. The shipping crate was actually heavier than the door & associated hardware - could have been a bit more compact & perhaps shipped via FedEx or UPS instead of freight carrier.
