My door arrived within the specified time which was great since I was leaving a week later and needed to install it before I left. I contacted Sheryl to make sure it would be on time and she responded with updates to assure me it would. The door was installed in a little over an hour and worked great. One minor problem was the latches didn't ship with the door. I contacted service and Christie had them overnight-ed to me. Great service and great staff. I highly recommend them.
