Slow customer service

I had a dent in my door when i went to install it and called to report my problem. It took them a couple of weeks to even address the problem.
I had to contact Mercedes over and over - finally they agreed a 50% help.

Randy, I'm sorry for the time it took to take care of you. We do have procedures we follow with a claim issue. Unfortunately, it may take more time on some issues. Because you picked up the door on the 7/9 and did not file the claim with us until 8/5. All most a month later. We must be notified with in 3-7 days about any issues. See our terms and conditions.
