Order wasn't ready as promised

We were informed that our door was ready for pickup at the Surprise location and needed to be picked up within two weeks,. When we sent our truck to get it, they hadn't even finished the order and we had to make another return trip the next day for the shroud. Seemed to be a lack of communication in their system.

Charlie, per our phone conversation. I'm very sorry for the delay on your order. I have talked to the Manager and the Sales Manager at our manufacturing plant. And they informed me, that the communication level will be better for future pick ups. I would be happy to compensate you for the return trip. Sheryl
