On line ordering was straight forward. The product was as advertised and fairly easy to install. Minor issues with shipping and communications. Product was reported to have been delivered to pick-up point, but when arrived for pick-up, it was not there- two day's off. Invoice was mixed up with another order. Caused four hours of time for travel and pick-up twice. Folks make mistakes, so all in all - would recommend Roll Up Door's Direct to others.
