My customized door installed as expected. Only three issues. The instruction video said to rotate twice before pulling down. Needed a few more turns. It unwound an scared us:)
Second is the location for the handle on the outside couldn't be done because the holes on end were missing.
Third was the bottom holes to attach to the wall on both sides. Since my door was smaller it holds up well till I can drill the missing holes.
