I can start by explaining that I am not much on Internet Purchases. As a builder I have gained tremendous respect for those who understand Personal Customer Service Commitment and the Internet sometime does not allow that by the Vendor. Well in this case I have been surprised in a Grand Way. Yes my first communications where via the Web/Email but your Sales Agent Ms Jillian Filiatrault surely added to that. The experience level I feel she has taken her to the next level of Customer Satisfaction. she coupled her detailed emails with follow up phone calls that really help. yes I can read the specification but some are more comprehendible with a verbal explanation by someone who sees these everyday. I initially looked into using a local door company because of the distance between TX and FL but Ms Jillian has surely taken away any apprehension about the distance. Its Like she's right around the turn for technical and shipping support. She is truly a professional in her skills--whether she gained them there with your company or prior to in a different Job Setting she is "Top Notch". She did explain once that she liked the internet sales side and that she loved her JOB. Tell you what, when you can find that right person for the job and that really loves their job you will have a hard time beating the results.....
I'm not a big survey guy, but I do believe in Big "Tips" for those who do their part.
Accept this as more than Appropriate way of Saying, "Thank You" Ms Jillian for how you have managed my little account--you are a true Pro and I hope I don't have to find another OH door company or especially Agent to work with.
