Please do yourself a favor and buy your door somewhere else. Talked with a supervisor today and here is what she said, "we give our staff a great deal of training so it's hard to believe we made a mistake."
Without going into a long dissertation, just do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere

We have looked into the problems with this order and have found that the incorrect door sizes werre ordered. This is a mistake that we try to avoid by having detailed instructions on how to measure for a roll up door on our web site. We also have a video. All our doors are custom made to the client dimensions that were submitted. We make sure that the client is measuring the opening width and height and we also ask them to look at the measument details on the web site. Once the client places the order we send out a confirmation email that the client need to check and confirm that the details are correct then we manufacture thier custom door.
If the client has supplied the incorrect details we try our best to catch these before production. Sometimes the client does not realize that they have measured incorrectly until after the door has been delivered. We try to help by offering a discount on a replacement door but the shipping of the new door is also an additional expense.
We would advice any client to "measure twice and order once" to avoid costly mistakes.
