Within one day of placing an online order through their website, they called asking me to confirm the exact same information that I had just provided on the order form. I guess I understand their rationale for avoiding incorrect orders however I ordered precisely what I wanted by populating fields of their order form with the information requested. Maybe they should just delete the online form and only accept orders placed by telephone if that's their requirement anyway.
