Great service for a good product
I ordered a door by phone to make sure all the measurements were correct and to make sure the Pantheon motor would be on the correct side for a reverse curtain install. The door was delivered ahead of schedule but the factory sent the wrong guides and mounting hardware. Christie and Rhonda at RUDD were a big help in getting the right parts sent out to me and once everything was delivered the install was smooth and according to the instructions on the Janus website. There was a minor issue with the Pantheon door controller but the Janus service rep, Bobby, talked me through it to find a missing jumper. Replaced it with a spare and everything is working as designed. I'm only giving four stars for the total experience because the factory sent the wrong hardware twice before getting it right. That put me behind schedule. Great job by RUDD!
