I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks after my order before the door would ship, which worked for me since I was to be out of town the first week. Well, much to my surprise in the middle of my trip I was contacted by the shipping company for delivery of the door! This was right at one week after ordering. I told them the earliest I could take delivery would be the next Wednesday and they scheduled it. I took that Wednesday afternoon off of work to be there to unload the truck, which was supposed to arrive between noon and 4 pm. At 6 pm I called them and told them to reschedule for the next Monday since they evidently were not going to make it that day. On Monday the truck was at my house at 10 am! I unloaded the truck and took pictures as I unpacked the crate. The door had come off of the nice wooden frame it had been attached to, at both ends. But there did not appear to be any damage to the door. I won't know for sure until I install it, which won't be for a few weeks yet. Also, the rails had slid around in the box and broken through on one end. Two of them are bent at the end where they attach to the roller mechanism but I think I will be able to bend them back. All the pieces and parts appear to be here and as I said, I will not be actually installing the door until I finish the shed. Super quick order fulfillment, a couple of stumbles with the shipping.
