only complaint is that the instructions could be clearer - my husband's not great at reading them in the first place, but this time he read and re-read several times and still had issues...of course we really can't complain too much because he wouldn't call customer support so there you go...he eventually figured out all the pieces and he's pleased as punch with his new door - thanks!
