First I'd like to note that we worked with Angela Brown; she has a team with her husband Chris, but we never met or dealt with him so I can only speak to Angela's level of excellence. I have had some pretty crummy experiences with Realtors, so I was gun-shy when we sought someone to sell our home in the slow housing market of early 2009. Angela came highly recommended from a family member, and after meeting with her we actually canceled an appointment we had set with another Realtor and decided to immediately go with her. I don't regret the decision one bit! She was always extremely professional, but honest about our prospects as well. She didn't sugar-coat the condition of the market, and she worked her tail off to get it sold! Her photos and virtual tour made the house look stellar. We had tons of showings (multiple showings per day in the beginning, and at least a few per week even a few months after we first listed). Our house sat on the market (with another Realtor) for three months in 2007 and only had about 5 showings TOTAL, so we were ecstatic with the level of interest that Angela generated! The best part is that she got it SOLD! We got an offer about 4 months after we listed and closed about 2 months later. Angela was also extremely helpful throughout the closing process. I will definitely recommend her to all of my friends and family, and will use her again for my home buying and selling needs in the future!
