My TV was not working and I was able to get a quick appointment. Nuvan diagnosed the problem and because my tv was 6 years old, it was recommended that I get a new one. Nuvan said they would deliver the tv same day at Amazon pricing. About 30 minutes later Nuvan returned with my new TV! I couldn;t believe it. He set up the new TV and I'm up and running.
