Great quality, but high prices and long wait

Prestige Auto Works prices are too high and the service takes too long. It takes longer than the estimated every time and I am looking to go elsewhere in the future. The quality of the work is a five star but it is not worth the wait.

We do our best to estimate how long a repair will take. Especially on Saturdays, when we have mostly drop-in's, the wait times vary. A few factors come into play for repair time - part availability and delivery schedule, available lift, actual repair time or unexpected delays.
The quality of our repair is a priority and if it takes longer than expected, we appreciate our customers patience and they can be assured we are getting the job done right - not rushed.
