I requested and received a quote for a bathtub repair. I discussed the repair with Kenny and he said it is a tricky repair but he would send his repair man out and get started. About an hour after the repairman got started, Kenny arrived and assessed the situation and said he has a 3 year warranty on the work but he couldn't say for sure that the repairs would hold up for 3 years because the cracks were deep and in several places. He said if we wanted to we could stop the repairs and just charge a small fee for his man. We agreed and I felt like this is an honest businessman and I would recommend him to family and friends.
