Not serviced properly.

I didn't feel like the unit was serviced the way it should have been. I rented a motorcycle from American Motor Rental, and I actually had problems with it. It was nothing major, and I took care of it myself, but there had been very little preventative maintenance on the thing. It was a new motorcycle that they just bought and rode with nothing done to it, you know?

Kevin, I regret you had problems. One of the reasons we only stock NEW Harleys is that even new vehicles can give you a tiny glitch. But to reassure you, all our bikes are factory serviced at the exact date and miles Harley recommends. Even then, a rental vehicle with many different style riders, may have an issue occasionaly. Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
