A postcard was mailed to my house offering a good price on prechecking my air conditioner before the summer season arrives. I made an appointment. Robert came to my house, explained that he was going to check not only the air conditioner, but the furnace and water heater, as well. He was polite, efficient, and completed the check of my entire system, including pictures of areas of concern. No high pressure sales tactics. Just great service!
