We have been using Grapids Heating & Cooling for a while now. They come in and maintain our water heater, boiler, furnace and air conditioning units. Eric who comes out is very nice and pleasant to deal with. Always responsive and does a very good job of taking care of our needs! The maintenance portion is pretty typical with these types of units but it gives us a sense of security that a problem will not crop up and surprise us and this is so important with the changing of seasons! They really do a terrific job!
