Grapids heating and cooling is a very well organized company with friendly, professional workers. Our furnace was red-tagged and unsafe to run upon inspection, they immediately sent out (on a Friday night nonetheless) Wendell to show us our options and help my husband and I to make an informed decision on the products they had available. While we were without heat for the weekend, they delivered heaters to us and we felt like they really cared about our family. Our appointment was scheduled for Tuesday and they rearranged things to bump us to Monday so we could have heat even sooner. All the workers were incredibly professional and we felt as if they handled the process seamlessly, making us feel very comfortable about the new system they had installed. Overall a great experience and we will continue using Grapids for all our heating and cooling needs.
