Furnace installation completed on a Friday afternoon. By late evening, furmace not working. Called cs and they had someone out within 30 minutes or so. Determined it was defective mother board. Couldn't get replacement from warehouse until early next morning. Back at our door about 8:00 AM Saturday and finished replacement within 30 minutes. We were extremely impressed and happy with the service. Even with this minor hiccup, Grapids gets 5 stars. From initial home visit by Wendell to installation by Angus and Joe to service work Fti/Sat, we can't say enough good things.
