Tech came out for a/c and furnace tune up. He was clean, well spoken, and obviously knew his stuff. Very upfront and honest. While systems are newer and they did not install but gave assessment of what could be done to make the system better. No pressure sales just stated the facts and his recommendation. Only disappointment is that they dont have the combustion analyizer tool so that we could submit for rebate to utility company. Price was more than fair though even without the rebate.
