In Hawaii, we notice many companies make promises they don't intend to keep. They say "free shipping" but will only ship UPS to Hawaii or want to charge more. When I originally placed our order for stickers the free shipping option wasn't available from my US zip code. I thought, "we're gonna get screwed, again!" But I was pleasantly surprised to have Ben immediately respond to my email and work to resolve my issue. Ben rocked it. With our time difference I didn't expect such a fast response since it was past 4 Hawaii time. Thank you soooo much for the great service! BTW, the stickers look great! Love them! :)
