Once I received my correct order, it was fine, but I was sent the wrong product and had to wait another week to get it fulfilled. And they didn't ship the entire order, so I had to wait another few days for an additional shipment to arrive. Also, there was only a slight apology and never any offer to discount the service because it was wrong. I may order from them again, but will definitely double and triple check everything and make sure it is understood.
