bad service angry customer

ive sent multiple emails and have not gotten a single response, i also still have not recieved my order and its been nearly 2 weeks and counting, still no tracking info or anything, they charged my card and took the money but never recieved my order, im a tattoo company and those stickers are vital to our operation, i feel like blue bee printing doesnt seem to concerned about my order or concerns, i hope in some way they will make this right, because at this point im extremely upset with them!!!!

Customer Placed order on Saturday the 27th of April.
Sent proof on the Monday 29th of April for approval.
No response and until 13th of May about not getting stickers. Notify him that we didn't get approval and that we will process his ordered ship next day. Customer said he responded for approval we don't have any record but says he has an email trail and offer to send me the trail. I said we will still ship it out the next day so if he still want to prove his case he can but never seen proof but it doesn't matter to us because we are shipping it the next day without delay.
Sticker shipped on the 14th and it arrived in Florida on the 16th.
We do miss emails and will own our mistake but our system does not have a approval of the proof. I don't know what happen and sorry for the delay and hope the stickers worked out.
