The Good: The greeting cards came out nice. I receive compliments on the beauty of the design.
The Bad: Blue Bee forgot to send envelopes with my order. All of the cards were prepared but weren't able to be shipped out on time.
The Ugly: When Blue Bee discovered that they actually made a mistake they explained that they cant deliver the envelops to me until at least 5 days. I requested a quicker delivery and was told that next day delivery would cost too much. I believe that when the customer's business is relying on you and your service, the last thing you want to do is cause an inconvenience... The envelopes were finally received about 8 days later. By the way, I requested a $20 credit to cover the cost of buying envelopes from a local store, they only offered me a $10 credit because they can get them for cheaper. How does that help me?
