Ben was extremely helpful and patient with me while developing a final proof. He let me know of problems immediately that were on the file I submitted, and was very good at identifying a solution. I had several proof versions (because of me, not the company) and the final version was great! They really worked with me and cared about getting it right, which meant a lot.
