Shaun was awesome. My husband's car CD player was broken. Without having to come in, Shaun asked me a couple of questions, had me email him some info and was able to give me a quote and fit me in that same day to get a whole new audio system--way better than what he originally had--at a fair price. Will definitely go to them first again if we have any problems with future cars.
