I work in property management, and Reliant Chem-Dry does all of the move-out cleans for our buildings with carpets. They also clean in common areas, like the lobby and staircases.

Dan is wonderful to work with. He's easy to get in touch with. Every once in a while, we have to have them come back and do something again, and it's always really easy to get them to come back. He's willing to stand by his work.
