Michael Monroe, their Service Technician, arrived right on time. He was able to quickly diagnose the problems I was having with the GFCI outlets in my bathrooms. He explained the problems and the solutions to me in plain language without a lot of technical mumbo jumbo, which is something I really appreciated. He was professional, personable and seemed to be genuinely interested in providing good customer service. The cost for the repair work was very reasonable.
