Called Current Electric this morning to see if an electrician could come out to my home today to look at a power loss issue occurring in one room along with a "popping" or "snapping" sound from the main circuit breaker box.

Current Elect. was able to fit us into their busy schedule and Mr. Mehmet (Matt) Uygur arrived in mid morning. After listening to my issue he got right into diagnosing the problem and was as concerned as I was about the noise from the breaker panel.

It took a good 20 minutes for Matt to figure out the problem but he found that I did indeed have a wiring issue. which was rather severe. A wire was lose on an outlet near the breaker panel and there was severe scorch marks on the outlet. Indeed a shock and fire hazard. He found another adjoining outlet was also broken.

I want to extend compliments to Current Electric, and Mr. Uygur specifically, not only for his professionalism and quick resolution to my problem but for his great personality as we had some enjoyable side conversations as he was troubleshooting the problems.

I would like to give Matt 10 stars on your rating system but you only allow for 5.
