As my husband told me when we were on vacation that someone was coming at 730am on a Friday to work on the generator (and I wasn’t paying attention / did not remember), I wasn’t at my best when our tech showed up at the door. He was pleasant while I was not overly so. He also quickly realized that I was working from home and had back to back calls all morning - he tried to be efficient and keep from needing me to do things (let him into the house, sign-off, pay etc) but all had to happen... My annoyance with the interruptions and early call all should have been targeted at my husband - not him. I would be grateful if you would extend another apology and tell him I thought he did a great job with a not so great client.
