Joe, the responding technician, was exceptional. Very professional and sincere in his efforts to help. Would definitely recommend Current Electric to others. The only part of my experience that was sub-par, was the on-line chat experience. I gave a full description of my concerns on the Chat Evaluation, so I won't go into details, but let's just say the staff at Current is not being well represented through the on-line chat service.
