The medical staff at The Family Clinic have a great bedside manner. They are excellent for children and adults. The office staff leave something to be desired. I have had frequent issues with them via prescriptions being called in promptly and bills being processed. I have also had issues having timely appointments when my children have been ill. The Family Clinic can be excellent unfortunately at times they can be frustrating as well. I wish there was more continuity.
