I have been using Haines and Cross since 2011 and I am amazed at how they can clean our 14 year old carpets so thoroughly. Before they come I always think I need to re-carpet but when they leave they look so great I forget how old they are! Jose was able to remove the dark stains from the dog and from where a desk sat and shoes soiled the carpet for years. We converted it to a guest room and you can't even see the dark stains. Jose took his time to completely clean and deoderize every inch. I highly reccomend Hains and Cross...ask for Jose!
