Absolutely excellent excellent work from Surfclean!! I have had my fair share of experiences with various carpet cleaning businesses and Surfclean just stands out brilliantly from the rest of them. I have been using them for ten years now and have not once been disappointed or dissatisfied with their work. Not only is the staff punctual, polite, and extremely professional, but what makes them stand out from other businesses is that they REALLY know how to clean carpets and how to clean them WELL. They don't just simply sanitize them; they actually clean them and will explain to you clearly if there's a large area that needs extra cleaning why it does and you just won't believe the results afterwards. They're respectful of the furniture, which I think is very important, and truly is a business that takes great pride in their work. For example, my husband and I own rental property and we were planning on replacing the carpets. But Surfclean came in, took a look at it, and said, "No, we can do it, we can clean it" and when they were finished, my carpets looked, felt, and smelled just like, if not BETTER than, brand new carpets!! I have never had any problems with residue being left behind or my carpets taking too long to dry and whenever we move to a new place, Surfclean is always the first people we call before settling in. They are the only business I will ever use for my carpets and the only ones I recommend to all my friends and family.
