From the moment of our first contact with Boydston Construction we were impressed with how responsive they were. David who is their design "master" spent hours listening to our ideas and then putting the ideas in words and architectural drawings so we could understand what the end product would look like.

We first met Jon Boydston when he came to our home to give the estimate. We were impressed. He was friendly yet professional and unlike some other contractors who pulled numbers out of the air that were never accurate, Jon explained that he could not give us a potential cost until he could back that number up with facts. Jon and David clearly have an excellent relationship as it became clear that before they gave us cost and time estimates they had gone over them together and were in agreement.

Then came the crew of young men to begin the work. Unbelievable! Without exception everyone of them greeted us, introduced themselves and made it clear that anytime we had questions to feel free to ask. We got to know all of these men and when the project was completed we were sorry to see them go. The two team leaders Cody and Beau were both exceptional. At the beginning of each day, whichever one of them was on site began the day by explaining what would take place, who would be there and how long they would be working that day.
Most amazing was the effort they went to to control dust and debris with plastic dust walls, tarps and plastic sheeting over everything. At the end of each day the men did a complete cleanup of the work area and adjacent living areas and then showed us what had been done each day.
We were also very pleased with the administrative side of the project. We received regular messages and calls from Michele and Debbie as to project status, change orders, etc. Debbie always explained every line of the invoices for each stage and made sure that all cost items were correct and that we agreed with them.
Michele kept us informed of equipment and material deliveries and best of all was that she was always reachable when I called with a question.
