While my first experience with Boydstun Construction was imperfect, I was, ultimately, quite satisfied, and would both, use them again, and recommend them to others.
All in all, their pricing is fair, and their employees are knowledgeable and competent, as well as easy to work with.
The one problem I had with them was after they installed an electric heater for me, and it wasn't working at full strength. I felt like I encountered a reluctance to accept the malfunction when I called them back about it-- as though they didn't quite believe me when I said it wasn't working properly.
Eventually, though, it was fixed, and has been working well, since. The designer I spoke to on the phone, and the technicians who came out to see the heater were all friendly, and I enjoyed working with David, the designer.
