I was so excited to get my spa after 3 weeks waiting to be built. Delivery just as they said...right on time. Put where I wanted quickly and was great until one of the delivery guys made some hook up errors. Later when I tried to start it up after filling....nothing. Not even a buzzing of motor. I called the office first thing when they opened. The first guy trying to walk me through trouble shoot. Quickly handed me off to the Manager. She after some checking, sent her (in my opinion) best salesman (major tech skills) to my house with in just a few hours. Jeremy had my spa running in minutes. Showed me exactly what had been done. He was so nice, so educational, so helpful.... This is the same guy who sold me this Spa. He didn't have to go out of his way to help me. He's a salesman now. But he knows this stuff inside out. He was amazing!!!
