The liner they just installed is not the one I ordered. It does not have the tile looking part at the top like the samples they showed me. They called this morning to say they had to add extra sand and they are adding 300$ to the cost. No one warned me that was a possibility when I signed the agreement. Then they acted like they were doing me a huge favor by not charging another 250$ for removing a single tiny root. I highly recommend finding a different company if you are considering a vinyl pool.
