I paid my deposit for an in-ground vinyl pool in March 2017. My home closed escrow on May 27th -they still did not start until July 11th. There was a large boulder to be removed and they sent out a small excavator and it still took them 3 days to figure out that they could not remove it. 3 WEEKS later they chipped some off and buried it - which is what we recommended a month before. There has been nothing but problems from them. They have absolutely NO customer service and they clearly do not care about their customer. No communication, when you call for updates you are treated like you are an interruption, - lousy sub contractors - more excuses then I can even count. It is January 2, 2018 and I still have just a hole in my backyard. Brian is completely inadequate as a "supervisor" and ha treated us terribly. LeAnn is the only cool person, she sold us the pool, and has no control over how terrible construction is. This company is the worst and I am consulting an attorney. DO NOT USE SECARDS!!!
