Although I had already purchased my pool before visiting Secard, they have not disappointed in the fantastic customer service. They have been there to guide me every step of the way with the cleaning and balancing of my pool. I never feel like I am being "sold" anything but rather that they give the advice for free and I purchase the items I need. I've even had other pool stores send me to Secard when they didn't feel that they could answer my questions. There are pool stores closer to my home but they cannot touch the level of service I've received at Secard!
